29 Haziran 2022 tarihli ve 31880 sayılı Resmi Gazetede yayımlanarak yürürlüğe giren “Hakimler ve Savcılar Kanunu ve Bazı Kanunlarda Değişiklik Yapılmasına Dair Kanun” ile Noterlik Kanunu’nda da bazı değişiklikler yapılmıştır. Yapılan bu düzenleme ile noterlere taşınmaz satış sözleşmesi yapma yetkisi getirilmiştir.
