E-apostille is a document approval system that allows an official document created in electronic environment to be legally used in another country that is a member and party to the Hague Convention by certifying its authenticity.
The e-apostille service, which is a digital service of Posta ve Telgraf Teşkilatı Anonim Şirketi (“PTT”), can be accessed via http://www.turkiye.gov.tr, http://www.eapostil.gov.tr, or e-Government mobile application.
Documents that currently can be e-Apostilled:
– Criminal Record
– Court Decision
– Identity Register Copy (Person – Family)
Documents that are in progress:
– Birth Register Copy
-Death Register Copy
-Marriage Register Copy
-Name Equivalence Certificate
-Diploma
-Transcript
-Company Formation Documents, Certificates of Completion
